Bonfire localization and core msg "labelization" #132

Hey @daK76. Is this still something you're looking at doing, or should we move it to 0.3?

Sean found a fantastic library for FuelPHP that we can pillage. It basically uses Bing's translation services to auto-create translations for new languages.

Damn, it pisses me off to fail or not keep the pace with you and Sean, every week a political decision related to Euro crisis knocks at my door... it has been some crazy months around here.

You know me, development is my hobbie and passion, but in the middle of the path, I simply can't find spare time to do things the (calm and steady) way I want/like it.

And rushing things is something I don't know how to do. Neither fast development or committing without triple checking. My pipeline isn't a simple git merge into.

Thanks @lonnieezell and @seandowney, moved to 0.3.

I can translate some text into Latvian and Russian, if needed.

While I'm not 100% sure what jaK originally intended, here, I have added a new translation utility to 1.0-dev that helps take care of this. Also, I know that a lot of the static labels have now been converted into lang strings, so things should work much better now.

For now, I'll close this issue and we can re-evaluate in the future.
