Added missing instructions for configuring the Apache .access file

As Bonfire2 is not server-specific (Nginx and other servers can be used), I suggest we just give a reference to the corresponding chapter of the Codeigniter4 documentation on how to remove the index.php from the urls. Or, alternatively, where documentation explains how to reach the Bonfire2 (routes with /admin/) indicate that it could be /index.php/admin in case the index.php part is not removed.
