hey I get an error after typing npm run build. Can you help me?

user@DESKTOP-50APGT5 MINGW64 ~/Desktop/tiktok-live-downloader-master $ npm run build

tiktok-live-ts@1.0.0 build tsc

error TS6059: File 'C:/Users/user/Desktop/tiktok-live-downloader-master/tiktok-live-downloader/src/app.ts' is not under 'rootDir' 'C:/Users/user/Desktop/tiktok-live-downloader-master/src'. 'rootDir' is expected to contain all source files. The file is in the program because: Matched by default include pattern '*/'

Hi, have you followed all the instructions in the README?

This project was developed with node v19.7.0, npm 9.5.1 and typescript@4.9.5.

If so, here is a possible solution: [Unexpected behaviour of rootDir and outDir(https://stackoverflow.com/a/40752115/20482919)

Hello, first of all, thank you for your answer.

I'm a little too newbie. Could you please share the edited version of the tsconfig.json file with me?

I don't understand where to add test :(

loo-kuhs commented 11 months ago

Don't worry, this is the tsconfig.json file. You don't need add test dir to this file, just node_modules, build and downloads dir.

Maybe this time the problem is your antivirus

Hello, the run build problem is "rootDir" in tsconfig.json: "C:/Users/user/Desktop/tiktok-live-downloader-master" I changed it to and it was solved. But this time I got an error after npm start.

$ npm start xxxx

tiktok-live-ts@1.0.0 start node build/app.js xxxx

username: xxxx, output: downloads, format: mp4

loo-kuhs commented 11 months ago

Hi, sorry for that mistake. Apparently the master branch of the project is a bit out of date, please consider cloning the dev-test branch.

Delete all the project master branch, and clone dev-test branch

git clone -b dev-test https://github.com/loo-kuhs/tiktok-live-downloader.git

I updated it a few minutes ago, I will update the master branch later.
