Add npx guidance for those not using yarn #7

@bryans99 need a gut check on whether mentioning use of npx is a good idea or not.

The package runs just fine via npx, and I assume there are folks out there building extensions that prefer npm to yarn for some reason... I want to note that but want to make sure that there isn't a hard prereq for the EF to use yarn over npm for some reason.

I think they are failing because of timeout issues. I'm working on improving the tests since they are fairly brittle right now...
