This EFP update makes some additional changes to the GARDEN consent template:
removes the publication section (the info here was moved into GARDEN's data_use section)
puts the databrary content into its own section with a header (conditional on the value of the include_databrary parameter)
fixes the databrary paragraph in the video_sharing section so that it is conditional on the value of the include_databrary parameter
Developer note:
The only changes that will be made to master are those from the last 5 commits (and the very last commit is just updating the develop branch to match master, so really the changes are all in the first 4 out of the last 5 commits). I can't figure out how to get rid of the earlier 30 commits listed in this PR (all of which have already been applied to master) without re-writing history on develop. I'm happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this before merging!
