Iframe Frame Documentation Update #391

Summary

There were a few changes to the Iframe frame. This is the update in the documentation to reflect those changes. The changes to the code include:

Changing optionalText to instructionText and moving that block above iframe.
There was a duplicate paragraph in the introduction re-explaining instructionText.
Added instructions for optionalExternalLink and nextButtonText.
