One-time request: Emails of all fams who have done M1 of Project GARDEN

We want to email all the families who have started Project GARDEN, to urge them to finish Phase 1 if they have not, and to tell them we are launching Phase 2. To do this, we need a list of all the email addresses of families who have done the first module.

The ideal form of this is a list of all email addresses that have approved consent for the study, with duplicate email addresses removed.

@okaycj The idea here is an SQL query to pull these emails-- please let Mark know if there's any other information you need. Please output the information as a CSV file to Mark for easy access.

@becky-gilbert Technically yes, but Mark wants to send an email to all of them at once (BCC'd of course) letting them know that all GARDEN Phase 1 studies are available and Phase 2 studies are launching. The messaging system isn't set up for selecting all participants in a module or for searching them all. I recognize this is a bit outside the norm, so let me know if you have concerns. I could see having him use the messaging system with a list of the Parent IDs instead, but then he's not messaging as the study's owner but as a GARDEN PI.

Upon further reflection, we will need to use the internal Lookit messaging system to accomplish this task. Closing the issue but @msheskin can open a new issue if he needs assistance using the messaging system for this purpose!
