Add RecordRTC release commit SHA #389

This adds the RecordRTC commit SHA to the experiment runner updates docs, so that researchers know which is the first commit that switches from Pipe to RecordRTC.

This also credits Nevena Klobucar for the updated translations.

@ianchandlercampbell I just wanted to flag this PR so that you can see my changes to the docs. I'm going to go ahead and merge now, since it's a straightforward change, so that I can make the RecordRTC announcement ASAP. I can always make further changes if you have feedback - just let me know.
