NPM Update & Audit #48

Summary

I decided to check if packages needed to be updated or audited. It turns out that integrity wasn't a part of the package lock file and this was making npm ci take a bit longer than necessary. This PR updates those packages that can be updated without causing errors and increasing CI/CD speed.
