USB touch screen does not work with Kiosk or other kiosk type apps. Related: https://github.com/cook-company/kiosk/issues/116

Upon further investigation I found that It might be a hardware compatibility issue in Kiosk mode. The issue only happens when using the Elo touch screen ECM. Model: ELO-KIT-ECMG2
