💻 Reorganize resource info #183

Purpose

As noted in https://github.com/loolabs/waterpark/pull/169, ResourceInfo was too large and poorly organized. This PR splits the file up and moves the Gallery and Review components to their own files for maintainability. Past code that was commented out earlier has been removed. The code can always be accessed in git history if we need it again.

Testing

Visual inspection that everything was still working properly.
