🗄️ Generalize washroom use cases to all resources #217

We dreaded duplicating the washrooms code into housing and study-spots. Instead of that, we realized we could turn the functionality added in #212 into generic classes that can easily be specialized to handle the washrooms/housing/study-spots use cases.
