We are not opening club creation to everyone for Waterpark v1, and instead opting for a manual process for now. This is to save dev resources.

Requirements:

Gather all info for a club page: name, logo, website and/or social media links, club description, tags/categories, banner
Google Forms is one option, are there any alternatives?

Cases:

Adding a club that's not in Waterpark
We might create pages for some clubs, so we should have a "claim this page" option
