For some contracts, the `Code` tab is not displayed

For some contracts, the Code tab is now shown.

If you want to verify the contract, then you must navigate to Logs -> Verify the contract here.

• Blockscout Version/branch: extdev

Expected behavior

The Code tab should be displayed.

There are many contracts for whom this is happening.

When I goto verification tab through Logs and try verifying the contract then it remains in the 'Loading' state for an infinite amount of time and verification does not completes

Any updates on this? Just wanted to know what's going on with this issue. It has been open for 20 days now and no comments so far
