Example paths should be case sensitive #116

The paths to the examples are case sensitive on Linux and Mac OSX targets. But the paths given in the plugin.xml for the AGREE examples plugin have mixed case making them incorrect on Linux and Mac OSX targets.

Fix the capitalization of the paths in the plugin.xml
