It would be helpful to have a choice of either API_SECRET or using a TOKEN for signing in to Nightscout.

The app should figure out whether it's a token or API_SECRET automatically.

Looks like this can be closed since https://github.com/loopandlearn/LoopFollow/pull/290 has been merged?

One part of this request is to use the API SECRET, currently LF only has support for tokens.
