Update package.json file and ensure file headers are correct (copyright and name)

Description

Updating values in the package.json file to make them current for the package. Updated keys include:

engines.node author dependencies.odbc repository.url homepage bugs.url

Once author was updated, used strong-tools to run $ slt copyright to standardize and correct header information in files, primarily copyright and name

Fixing some of the stale issues in this repo. Since these changes are just fixing metadata, I will merge even though tests are failing.
