Documentation contains broken links #9765

Describe the bug

On any page of the LoopBack 4 website, links to any API Docs page are broken. Evidence of the last time this was working correctly is the last good capture by the The Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) was March 22, 2022: https://web.archive.org/web/20230322024014/https://loopback.io/doc/en/lb4/apidocs.index.html

Here is just one example: On the LoopBack 4 Home Page select API DOCS from the main menu, then LoopBack 4 from the dropdown menu; this navigates to: https://loopback.io/doc/en/lb4/apidocs.index.html; but displays:

Page Not Found

Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
