Update License to GPL2+ #116

Since ICE has updatet his license terms to GPL2+ https://github.com/NYTimes/ice/pull/112/files it would be very appreciated if you could add this too.

Hi,

The new ice license states that the code is provided under gpl 2 or above. Which do you think will favor the community the most?
