Intermittent error Module 'WrappedSelection' failed to load #135

Intermittent error after CKEditor upgrade to 4.7.3. It works fine in 4.5.10.

Module 'WrappedSelection' failed to load: Unspecified error. Error: Unspecified error. at Anonymous function (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:1029:89) at Anonymous function (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:1028:140) at Anonymous function (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:958:344) at x.prototype.init (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:964:23) at q (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:957:135) at w (/js/ckeditor/ckeditor.js:1045:195)

As result, the plugin is not set properly.

Browser: IE11
