problems with BR tag #85

I've found some problems with the tag BR

  1. From a text without changes, I press enter to create new line but the new line is't marked like a INS and rejecting the changes the new line isn't removed
  2. Sometimes the BR is marked with the class ice-ins. When the user tries to delete this, the line is not deleted but marked with class "ice-del"
  3. If there are a lot of BR (es. at the end of the document) and the the user tries to delete them, the window of ckeditor don't scroll and the cursor is not visible.

LITE does have a very hard time with line breaks and paragraph marks. We are testing another change detection model which may produce more consistent markup and better handling of newlines. However, there's no eta on this.
