New static generation process #308

Pick a new static generator base on node. This new one must be fast and flexible. After some tests with several of them, the only one that fits these features is metalsmith. Harp.js is interesting, but not flexible at all (it even doesn't have a fucking pagination, and it's not possible to create plugins also).

Ended up generating all the existing content within less than 0.5 second =)
