Pagination in posts list #312

Generate pages with posts lists.
Each generated page must follow the same url pattern as the current ones: http://loopinfinito.com.br/page2/.

I changed my mind about the page permalink pattern. The current pattern is very ugly, so I changed it to http://loopinfinito.com.br/page/2/.
