This is either an installation issue or a permissions issue, more likely the
latter.
Please make sure the file wz_graphics.js is installed in the cutlist directory
( ie: ../Google/Google Sketchup 8/Plugins/cutlist/)
If it is, then this might be a (security) permissions issue in IE. ( Sketchup
uses MSIE by default, whether it is your default browser or not). The plugin
creates a script to draw the output which must then run in the browser.
Normally, the default settings on IE are fine on a PC under all of the popular
versions of the Microsoft OS (ie: XP, Vista, 7, etc). The security could be
stricter on an Exchange Server, preventing you from running the script. I've
never run Sketchup on Server, so could not answer any specific questions on
what the security settings are or how to change them.

Hope this helps!

If you are still having a problem, try the latest v4.1.6 released today which
resolves some issues with the layout html.
Note that sketchup now required MSIE to be at least IE8.
