Hey I realize I accidentally implemented "exclude containers" and had a syntax error in https://github.com/looplab/logspout-logstash/pull/64. My bad! Updated code here.

For anyone looking for a container with this INCLUDE_CONTAINERS supported, I built one at vertoforce/logspout-logstash
