Hi @bioarpit1,

Thank you for your issue report. We recently moved the TOBIAS snakemake to github.com, so I have just transferred your issue to here. This error is due to an old version of samtools being fetched - please update samtools to version >=1.9, or use the updated environment file to re-create the snakemake environment:
