These are Overhauls that are hard to patch for FROST, and will cause problems if you use them together with FROST. Do not use them. Yes they probably won't crash your game instantly and some of their features work, but they will cause a ton of issues and CTDs, and are also not balanced for FROST.

GRIM - The Curse GRIM.esp Horizon v1.8.0 Z_Horizon.esp Whispering Hills - a Silent Hill Horror overhaul for Fallout 4 Whispering Hills.esp

Any other Boston FPS Fix: Only use the Unofficial FROST Boston FPS fix (please), every other Boston FPS fix does not work with FROST.

Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR): This mod will break balance, as it adds and changes certain containers and leveled lists. If you find too much ammo in for example Ice Coolers, this mod is the cause!
