Update Masterlist Testing page #107

@Ortham, I noticed with some personal testing that you don't appear to need to restart LOOT to get masterlist updates from a new source. Can that part be removed, or would you still recommend it to be safe?

@sibir-ine You don't need to restart LOOT any more, I can't remember when that changed. I think 0.18.0 was when I changed the behaviour so that settings would be saved when saving and exiting the settings dialog instead of just when you closed LOOT, but even before that the changes would have been applied in memory.
