Update 'Update Masterlist Errors' Q/A #117

I like the idea of a table, but I think the instructions to copy a link and replace part of it with a value from the table are a bit complicated - since we're taking the space to have a table, why not just have the second column be links to the file and zip? I think you could then remove the N.B. about shared masterlists too.
