Update docs #119

Remove old hosted docs as they're very outdated and a source of confusion.
Remove doc page about Noto fonts as the information there is obsolete as of LOOT v0.18.0.
Remove a section talking about Windows 7, as that's no longer supported as of LOOT v0.20.0.
Updated how to report issues helpfully with Linux paths to settings.toml.
Added an FAQ entry about the new case-sensitivity warnings.

I think those changes are fine.

I'd like to further update & expand some files in docs\contributing like Masterlist-Editing.html and Regular-Expression-Regex.html, like for example adding stuff, implementing proper table of contents that are able to link to each different subsection - maybe even like what @Sharlikran did with the Tome of xEdit. But that can come later (and I need to find the time to aproach that). This PR however looks good to me.
