Error code: -1; Invalid game ID supplied. #45

Hello, I am trying to install LOOT and when I first open it up it shows me this screenshot_1 and when I go to hit apply it gives me the error code in the title. I've tried specifying the install path for my Skyrim file as well and it says the same thing. Am I doing something wrong? I've reinstalled LOOT as well and no luck.
