Update links to cleaning guide #74

Both sites were written well before QAC was introduced & haven't been updated to reflect it.
Both links are also outdated, so they should at least be updated if not replaced.
Also added SSEEdit to the list of game-specific versions of xEdit mentioned.

@Ortham Could you please take a look at this when you get the chance? I don't want to make any changes to the docs other than fixing typos without your approval.
