FAQ updates for v0.18.0 #99

@Ortham, for the stylesheet-failure Q/A, could you please elaborate on why it's expected & can be ignored? I'm not sure myself, I just paraphrased from https://github.com/loot/loot/issues/1638#issuecomment-1003779190.

For the old tls Q/A, does it still apply with Git-less masterlist updates? Should it be removed outright, or can it still interfere with users' connections?

I've added more detail to the stylesheet-failure FAQ. I think the tls FAQ might still apply, though I'm not sure - I'd keep it just in case.
