Move or replace Map Group #1877

Since WRLD records now copy to Bashed patch correctly files in the Map group could be moved to an earlier group.

Tested and no issues found when generating bashed patch with map mods placed last in load order before BP. Some map mods can be merged, merging copied WRLD records correctly.
