To resolve the issue there is a patch on Illusive Fixes and Merges, more specifically this file. It moves some items from one or the other mod where it is needed (mostly distance is minimal (up to 2M, except for one case). Non-replacer plgin. On cleaning disregard deleted nav data (useless inaccessible 1 tri non-vanilla navs in Mystic Condenser, no permissions to make replacer patch as of now).

Mystic Condenser SE, full version, has compatibility issues with Disenchantment Font Restored. Not critical, just an almost-full overlap between items from two mods in certain interiors.
