Miscellaneous mod improvements

• [ ] Community Overlays (0-30) has new plugin with added Skyrim.esm masterfile. Original mod referenced player record but had no master, making editing confusing.
• [ ] It is possible to replace separate plugins from Additional Hearthfire Dolls with merged plugin.
• [ ] Nocturnal Embrace had issues, the mod trying to fix it had issues as well, now there is new plugin (needs other assets from both mods) combining main, fixed and author's own fixes.
