Add missing step to create EFI/BOOT directory.

If directions where followed to download http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.10/ubuntu-14.10-desktop-amd64.iso, then you should have the /mnt/EFI/BOOT directory.

Just confirmed that /mnt/EFI/BOOT does exist using that ISO.

Huh, strange, that directory is definitely in the iso file. Not sure why I ran into that problem...
