interval for minute-wheel #22

realy cool datepicker, but I miss a little feature.
Is it possible to set a step for the minute-wheel (or for all wheels)? 

example: option minuteStep:10 
result: wheel will show 0,10,20,30,40,50

There are the stepHour, stepMinute, stepSecond options, but it looks like it's 
not yet included in the documentations. Try using them. For month, year, day is 
no such options, but it doesn't really makes sense anyway.

I was using stepMinute: '15' but that was causing problems. The right way to 
use this is without the quotations, stepMinute: 15, works perfectly.
