Android: scrolling wheels moves screen up and down #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On Android device scroll any wheel of the mobiscroll
2.When touching close to the borders the screen moves up or down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mobiscroll should be fixed on the middle of the screen, instead the background 
is scrolled together with the mobiscroll popup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 1.5.3 on Android

Please provide any additional information below.
Please let me know if there´s any way of fixing this issue or if it´s not an 
issue and it´s how it is intended to work.

As of 2.1 the native scroll is locked by default (see 'scrollLock' option)
