Cleanup wiki pages #15

Some of the wiki pages are out of date.  Listed below are the pages we need to 
update, and how we 
should update them.

   * FuturePlans - we have implemented parallel threads of queries, and custom sources.
   *  ControlFlow - the diagram and description need to be updated to take custom sources into 
account
   * README - this will be replaced with the series of documentations provided with the source code
   * Progress - this page might be better served as an 'About' page

Proposed additions to the wiki are also a document describing the interface for 
the SourcesPlugin.

These have been updated as of the latest release.  I'll consider the issue 
closed,
but we can re-open it if they become out-of-date again.
