i cannot see any debug logs
I wanted to report an anomaly which concerned the messages received on a "group A" where I do not receive as administrator of the group while the others, and where the same administrator instead receive it on the "group B" where it is always Administrator. I honestly did not explain, but I tried 'to look to send the log file, but the last and' dated 28.05. although I had updated the program 4 days ago and triggered the writing of log files, this is not 'was created, Now I tried to upgrade to 0.5.7, and in the next few days I hope to attach the log files as long as the problem persists.
I too can not receive messages! How can anyone help me?

@LilTab You mean the debug log? Read the line below the inputbox "Attach files by dragging & dropping or selecting them" in the desktop version.
Ok the problem that some groups do not receive the messages of the admin-group, is on and attach log files. I do not know whether it is because updated and 8:02am while the offending message is at 9:00am 2016-06-14_0.log.zip
Looks like Loqui is missing the session key to decrypt some of the group messages. You might have to leave and re-join the groups to get the session keys as the normal retry logic doesn't seem to work with all senders.
It would not be enough to uninstall and reinstall the program to re-acquire the session key? or have to leave and re-join the groups to get it
You can try uninstalling and re-installing as well - this will generate new local encryption keys which might result in different retry behaviour... In any case, please capture log files...
I left the group, uninstalled (v0.5.6.) and re installed with v0.5.7, re-join group and still no messages.
If only group messages from some contacts do not show, it could help to have a direct chat first. At least for me i got some group chats working with this.
probably similar to my case, try following the steps written by cmeerw, and then Settings -> Developer mode in developer, on flag on write file log
next time also attach the zipped log file, so you will better help
