[XMPP] jabber is inconsistent when otr is enabled and chating with xabber #501

I can see a contact online and I was able to chat once but now it is not working. No message is coming to me. I can see my contact is typing but no message. I suspect it is caused by otr. Because non otr chat with a contact using im+ on windows works. Now going to try without otr. But there is no option to disable otr once it is enabled. I will open another issue for that.
