tracker.json defaults saving 25 Bytes on air #58

A first, partial stop gap solution for issue #56.

Unfortunately, JSON does not provide syntax for comments.

the current config is just an example of what is possible. every ham is responsible for what he is sending out on the frequency. As I want to show new hams what they can do with this firmware, I will close this PR and will not use it. But I will add a comment in the documentation to make clear that this values are example values and should be changed.
