On individual pages:

[x] Show sub-system status: e.g. "zigbee2mqtt - up/down, lorawan tx - joined/down"
[x] Show raspberry pi status: e.g. "wlan IP address, cpu, mem"
[x] Show number of connected ZigBee devices
[x] Show status of redis queue

Additionally:

Zigbee2mqtt states can be accessed via retained MQTT topics as described in zigbee2mqtt documentation.

@tobiasdam : please fetch "lorabridge_data" from an env variable (hardcoded now)
