This repo contains source code for TableView, originally developed by Jim Johnson and colleagues at the University of Minnesota. To view the original paper on TableView, click the wiki link. Developers in the Loraine lab are in the process of updating the code, posting documentation, and supporting TableView so that many more people can use it.
Galaxy allows manipulation and construction many tabular files. Let's create an XML that will allow Galaxy users to launch TableView to view their tabular data files.
This will require (???) introducing a servlet into the TV code similar to how we do it for IGB.
Stated another way, this enhancement request is: Allow embedding of TableView links to trigger loading of files into the TV environment.
