add a script for bot stats #210

Based on discussion on Discord, I am attaching the script for retrieving bot stats. Please check the path to db, i have added a default path and also please feel free to improve it. Thank you for your efforts.

What's left to do:

[ ] Use the table.tabularize tables instead of prettytable
[ ] Take care that long coin list will not trigger Too long message errors
[ ] Use translation files for bot_stats
