Add the option to install 7-Zip, if not found #15

The user will have to press Accept on the UAC prompt, but the permissions are limited to 7zip.exe and do not affect the script.

I tried, but couldn't find a way to get the latest version without making a mess of the code but 7-Zip has a good track record of keeping old 'Stable' versions, so while the betas probably do disappear, the stable versions remain on their site and I suppose the basic functionality won't be affected by it being on the same version, even like 5 years into the future.

For example: The link for 18.01 (Stable) is still available here, even though it's nowhere to be found on their official website.

Finally, yes, it's basically downloading the exact same file that you would normally get. The only difference is it installs it silently, to the default location (C:\Program Files\7-Zip), so the user is not given the option to change it, if they want to.
