Add alternative URL to download package. #21

Will download RP packages if main failed. Will fix the issue with the 436.02 driver.

What is the difference between normal and RP packages?

Edit: Ah, a repackage? So sometimes they notice a bug, pull installer and release an RP version?

Hello Carl,

I found almost nothing on this naming convention. The only thing I can tell it's that "RP" can mean "repack", like you said. I don't think we can predict if a package will be release as "RP" or not. But it's for me regular updates, like all others WHQL updates.

Cannot tell more precisely sorry :)
