Multilanguage support

Would be good if we could switch the website between multiple languages (English and German for starters) using something like a dropdown menu. This would include

• Translations of all the static (?) pages such as the homepage, about page etc
• Translations of all the articles, which would have to be provided by the authors on top of the original language
• Optionally, if the author does not provide a translation, maybe there are tools which could automatically translate a text. If we use that, it should be pointed out to a visitor when a text is automatically translated

Will be included but this is low priority atm. But it's good to have a ticket for this, thanks 😊 If you have more ideas I encourage you to create more issues - you can never have enough 👍
