Pull request contain two changes:

Replaced links from github.com/paybyphone/phpipam-sdk-go to the github.com/pavel-z1/phpipam-sdk-go This will allow us move forward if will be needed new changes in the controller.
Was added gateway and gateway_id parameters to the subnets.
